How the ritual runs
Thermal contrast, in four steps
Half-bathing keeps your chest and arms dry while your hips and legs sit in warm mineral water — the same up-body/down-body split used in Korean bathhouses for centuries.
Hydrate first
A glass of water 10–15 minutes before you soak. You're about to sweat.
Dissolve the soak
Use the included scoop in 38–42°C (100–108°F) water, per the directions on your pack.
Soak lower body only
Sit upright, hips and legs submerged, chest and arms out. Hold 15–20 minutes.
Rinse and rehydrate
Rinse the tub, moisturize, and drink water again as you cool down.

From mogyoktang to your bathroom
"Mokutang" borrows from 목욕탕 (mogyoktang) — the neighborhood bathhouse — and 탕 (tang), the word Koreans use for both a hot tub and a simmering pot. We formulate for the tang you already own.
